Nothing needs doing before we arrive except keeping your distance. Please don’t block the entrance or knock the nest down — that is when people get stung.
- Keep children and pets away from the nest and its flight path.
- Close the nearest windows and vents, and avoid that balcony or door.
- If someone is stung and feels faint, breathless or swollen beyond the sting, call 119.
