We work across Tochigi and Ibaraki. The towns above are the ones we visit most often — the list is a starting point, not a limit.
Usually same or next day
Most enquiries get a reply the same or the next day. August and September are the busiest months, so write early in the day if you can.
No transport charge inside the area
Distance does not change the price within the towns listed above. Outside them, the transport charge is included in the quote — never added afterwards.
Online first
We look at it online before anyone drives anywhere.
Send a photo from a safe distance and tell us roughly where the nest is. We will tell you what species it looks like, what removal would involve, and whether it is a job we take on. That costs nothing.
Some nests we don’t take on at all, and we would rather say so on day one than after a call-out.
When a nest is too big or too high
Nests higher than two storeys, nests in a tree more than about 3 m up, very large or underground nests, nests inside a wall or another closed space, and sites a normal car cannot reach are beyond what we take on. We will tell you what is needed and, where we can, who does that work.
When we can’t reach you
If you are outside our area, we will still look at your photo, tell you what you are dealing with, and help you explain it in Japanese to a local firm. No charge for that either.
Tell us where you are
Your town and where the nest is — that’s enough for us to confirm we cover you and give you a price*. A photo helps us identify the species, but please don’t get close to the nest to take one.
